Second time staying at this place and was not disappointed. The room had a decent view and the hot tub on the balcony was nice and clean. The scents they have to add were a nice touch as well. The bed was nice a comfy with fluffy pillows and the fireplace kept us nice and cozy. When we first checked in, Maddie assisted us and made it super easy and informative of food options and amenities. Definitely would be returning.
Absolutely best place in Pismo for a staycation. Dee at the front desk was so helpful and pleasant. He helped straighten my bill out completely and quickly. The jacuzzi was fabulous. Everything is clean and so comfortable. I got prime rib sliders and cheesecake from the restaurant there. It was very delicious.
Absolutely wonderful hotel. We are from out of state. We were in town due to a family member in the hospital and needed to be close by. We can't thank your staff enough for the best customer service we have ever received at a hotel. Eddy & Stephanie at the front desk thank you! The restaurant/bar was absolutely delicious and a great place to watch the beach sunsets. Great service wonderful management. Shout out to Stephanie in the bar. Your pure sunshine! Enjoyed our conversations! We enjoyed the fireplace in our room. Room service was special treat. My husband enjoyed the hot tub and we loved the balcony enjoyed the view! We definitely will be back!
The private hot tub, restaurant, staff, view, beds and view were all amazing. Great water pressure for a good shower. Was a great time for a little romantic overnight. Really liked the breakfast being delivered in the morning as well.
Everything about the experience was seamless from the reservation to our stay. Everyone made us feel welcome and the views were priceless. We will definitely be back especially during the week when it’s a bit slower. Definitely eat at their restaurant the service is A+ and the is food amazing especially the surf and turf. A true vacation of relaxation. Thank you.
Great place. We love that everything is within walking distance - fine dining at the hotel, casual dining and shopping near the pier. And of course, the hot tubs are awesome!
Anniversary/birthday trip was perfect at this hotel! Private hot tub, great view, fireplace, very clean room, and extremely comfortable bed! Very friendly staff at check in and very accommodating. We also visited the restaurant upstairs and we were so pleased with the food, atmosphere, and mostly the service by Thomas! He was so friendly, professional, helpful, and patient and made our dinner amazing! Thank you!
The room was cozy, the bed was comfortable and the hot tub was nice to relax in. The fireplace heated the room quick. The food at the restaurant was fantastic and the drinks from the bar were strong & great! We will definitely return for a longer stay in the near future!
